Q1: What makes your products special?
A: Our 3D pop-up cards, decorative paper gift bags, and paper art gifts such as paper flowers are thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted — some by us, and others by talented designers from around the world. Each piece is made with precision and creativity to help you celebrate meaningfully. We also care about sustainability and aim to reflect that in all we offer.
Q2: Do the products come with packaging?
A: Yes! Each card and paper art gift comes with a matching envelope, and everything is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
Q3: Can I write my own message?
A: Absolutely! Our cards are blank inside, and some of our paper flowers also include a writable space — perfect for your personal touch.
Q4: Can I customize a product?
A: While we don’t currently offer full custom designs, we are working on it! Let us know what you have in mind — we may be able to help.

Q1: How do I place an order?
A: Simply select the item(s) you like, add them to your cart, and follow the easy checkout process.
Q2: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to assist. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
Q3: What if I want to order more than 10 products?

Q1: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within New Zealand. If you’re located elsewhere, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Q2: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location.
Q3: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: We’re sorry to hear that! If anything arrives damaged, please send us a photo at info@beyondpaperstudio.com, and we’ll sort it out immediately.
